Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure parking garage/parking lot services for the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Houston, Texas.

• Provide 24-hour, 7-day-per-week, 365-day-per-year access to 185 parking spaces for FDC staff.

• Ensure a continuous safe and secure environment for staff and their vehicles.

• Provide armed security for all staff and vehicles within the parking facility.

• The parking area must be paved, illuminated to industry standards, and maintained as clean and safe.

• The parking area must be located within a "reasonable walking distance" (less than 0.3333 miles) of the FDC.

• If gates or doors are used, access must be seamless for staff 24/7. Provide 280 "Key Cards" or "Access Fobs" at no additional cost.

• Provide 280 garage door openers if garage doors are installed, at no additional cost.

• Replace lost or damaged cards/fobs for a maximum fee of $5.00 per item.

• Re-key or replace defective key cards/fobs within 1 business day at no cost.

• The access control system must have the ability to disable key cards/fobs remotely.
