Evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process, considering Technical Capability (Construction Schedule, Experience) and Past Performance. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 calendar days after award.

Access to sensitive drawings requires executing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and submitting it to the Contract Specialist. The format for final as-built drawings submittals has changed to "CDMS".
