This RFI seeks market research information from parties interested in and capable of providing a complete and fully integrated Standard Automotive Tool Set (SATS) M1221 system. The SATS M1221 is an ISO containerized tool set for two-level weapon system maintenance, used by Ordnance maintainers for tactical and non-tactical automotive maintenance.

Respondents are asked to demonstrate capability to provide the trailer, cabinets, and complete tool load as specified in Attachment 0001. Integration of Government Furnished Property (GFP), including the ISO container, Improved Environmental Control Unit (IECU), and Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) generator, is also required. This includes installing duct work, mounting components, and constructing an interior wall to isolate the generator.

Respondents must provide:

• A statement of interest as a prime contractor.

• Organization details (name, address, contact info, ownership type, size).

• Certified small business designation (if any).

• Evidence of prior successful work of similar scope and magnitude (contracts, project titles, dollar amounts, POCs).

• Capability to provide the complete SATS M1221 per Attachment 0001.

• Whether the system is commercially bought and sold, and for how long.

• Production lead-time from contract award to first delivery.

• Monthly and annual production capacity for the complete SATS M1221.

• Ability to meet a delivery schedule of up to 17 complete systems monthly, and reasons for any inability to meet this schedule.

• Responses are due no later than 1100 EST on March 26, 2026.

• This RFI is for informational purposes only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.

• Proprietary information must be clearly marked. Note that marking data as "PROPRIETARY" may limit consideration if support contractors are used for evaluation.
