AMENDMENT 0001- This amendment provides responses to some RFIs, outline site visit instructions, and extends the proposal due date to 29 October 2025 5:00PM EST. RFI phone inquiries will not be accepted. AMENDMENT 0002- The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate the Governments responses to the Requests for Information (RFIs) and to update the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Base SATOC for the Standard Chlorine of Delaware project. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. (Please note that responses Amendment 0001 response are also included in the Amendment 0002 RFI response document.)AMENDMENT 0003- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 1:00 pm (EST) 19 November 2025 and extend the deadline for RFI submissions to 3:00 pm (EST) 27 October 2025.
