Procurement of the following items:

• One (1) 5,000 lb. capacity stand-up electric forklift
• One (1) pallet truck scale with printer (5,000 lbs. capacity, 48" x 27" forks, 3 1/3" lowered height, 7 1/2" raised height, 220-degree steering arc)
• One (1) electric pallet truck (4,500 lbs. capacity, 45" x 27" forks, 224Ah battery, .90 kw AC drive motor, 9"/3" wheels, 180-degree steering arc)
• 2-year preventative maintenance warranty
• Shipping
