  • Responsibility matters (debarment, suspension, convictions).
  • Prohibition on contracting with entities engaging in certain activities related to Iran.
  • Ownership or control of the offeror.
  • Representations regarding delinquent tax liability or felony convictions.
  • Predecessor information.
  • Public disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Prohibition on requiring confidentiality agreements for reporting waste, fraud, or abuse.
  • Covered telecommunications equipment or services.
• Instructions for Completion: Specifies when to complete certain sections (e.g., if the contract is for supplies/services in the U.S., if it exceeds the simplified acquisition threshold, or if it's for manufactured end products).
