The 60th MXS requires a self-generating gaseous nitrogen generation plant. Key specifications include:

  • Outlet Pressure: Ability to boost up to 500 psig or higher.

  • Stationary Nitrogen Generator Plant (480VAC/3phase 60Hz, < 6,000 LBS).
  • Regulator Panel with 2 Outlets (0-5000 PSIG pressure range).
  • Nitrogen Cylinders Storage Assembly or Rack to achieve 1,000+ cubic feet storage.
  • All necessary lines, hoses, and fittings for installation.
  • Relevant Technical/Owner's Manual.
  • Purity Analyzer for nitrogen, oxygen content, and moisture content.
  • Warranty: A 2-year warranty on all parts and labor.
  • Training: Qualification of all Wheel and Tire technicians on the new system's setup, use, inspection, and maintenance.
