Opportunity Overview
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks a contractor to provide a new, self-generating gaseous nitrogen generation plant to replace an existing end-of-life unit. Scope of Work
The contractor will deliver, assemble, configure, and commission a stationary on-demand nitrogen generation system capable of:
- Producing dry nitrogen at 99.5% purity with a minimum output of 14 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM).
- Boosting outlet pressure up to 500 psig or higher.
- Storing at least 1,000 cubic feet of nitrogen at 500 psig or greater.
- Including a high-pressure regulator panel (0-5000 PSIG), purity analyzer (for nitrogen, oxygen, moisture), and all necessary lines, hoses, and fittings.
- Being engineered for durability, weighing less than 6,000 lbs, and fully rated for outdoor operation at Travis AFB.
- Decommissioning and removing the existing BAUER-SVGII nitrogen generation plant. All parts and labor must be warrantied for two years. Only new equipment will be accepted.
