This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR subpart 12.6. • Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote meets the product specifications and lowest price technically acceptable.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• All applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference. Full text can be accessed at www.acquisition.gov/far.

• Any changes to the requirement prior to the closing date will be posted on https://sam.gov.
