Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073.
Contract Details
This will be a "DO" rated order, certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Delivery is required within 365 days from the effective date of the contract. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination (FOB Destination).
Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted by close of business on January 20, 2026. The solicitation is issued pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF). Evaluation will prioritize past performance as more important than price.
Additional Notes
Traceability and certification are critical, requiring unique traceability numbers, heat-lot numbers, or heat-treat numbers marked on the material. Mercury and mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited. Applicable documents are listed in Section C of the solicitation. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's DODAAC has changed from NOO102 to N50286. Submission of Certification Data CDRLs is required on or before 20 days prior to scheduled delivery, with PNSY review/acceptance required 6 working days after receipt.
