The GSA is seeking a Type II, nonconductive, liquid stencil ink with an overall capacity of approximately 32 ounces, black in color, opaque, and suitable for use on nonporous surfaces. The ink must be heat, light, mildew, water, and salt resistant, and furnished in accordance with applicable federal specifications, including A-A-56032, or equivalent. The product description specifies the inclusion of a Catalyst additive.
Packaging, packing, marking, palletization, and delivery must comply with applicable commercial practices and federal standards, including FED-STD-123 and MIL-STD-129. Material Safety Data documentation (MSDS) is required per Fed-Std-313D. Shelf-life requirements apply, specifically 2 months age on delivery and 12 months shelf life after manufacture, with a government option to extend. Preference will be given to items with the highest post-consumer material content. Quality assurance requires the product to meet salient characteristics and be equal to or better than commercially available products, with uniform workmanship free from defects and contamination.
