Eligibility & Submission
USTRANSCOM encourages responses from capable businesses of all sizes and socioeconomic categories (including HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Women-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned). Responses must be submitted via email to the RFI Points of Contact and are limited to five (5) pages, excluding title pages and cover letters. Interested parties must complete and submit the "RFI Market Research Information Sheet" (Attachment 1) and the "RFI Market Research Survey" (Attachment 2).
Pre-Solicitation Conference
