Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This PWS outlines the requirements for janitorial services at the Stockton Lake Project Office/Kit Bond Information Center and Maintenance Buildings in Stockton, Missouri.

• Provide comprehensive janitorial services including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.

• Services cover interior spaces (offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas) and exterior areas (sidewalks, grounds policing, parking lot).

• Specific tasks include floor cleaning (carpet, tile, concrete), trash removal, dusting, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, appliance cleaning, and deep carpet cleaning.

• Off-season services for outside facilities are also specified.

• Services must meet defined quality standards with acceptable quality levels (AQLs) for major and minor defects.

• Performance will be evaluated based on random sampling, 100% inspection, and customer complaints.

• Critical elements of service are identified, and deviations may constitute major defects.

• Adherence to safety requirements (EM 385-1-1) and Title 36 Rules and Regulations is mandatory.

• Security requirements include AT/OPSEC, physical security, and key control.

• Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise specified as Government-furnished.

• Government will furnish refuse collection, janitor's closet, utilities, and a floor buffing machine.

• Contractor personnel must be fully clothed and conduct themselves with tact and courtesy.

• Services are to be performed outside normal business hours (4:00 PM - 7:30 AM CST, Monday-Friday), except for Federal holidays.
