The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to contract the procurement for the addition of security glazing storefronts on the interior of ground level windows along the east plaza, the replacement of the exterior doors and the replacement of entry doors in the rotunda in order to provide additional security against forced entry at the Carl B Stokes U.S. Courthouse 810 W. Superior Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44113. The performance period is 173 calendar days upon receipt to Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award is on or about May 2025. The estimated construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 million. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any other or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed before the contract award. This is a negotiated, best value procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: past performance and price. The technical factors will be more important than price.
