Submission & Evaluation
All responses must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and PIEE to submit a quote. Technical difficulties with PIEE require immediate notification to the Contracting Officer and PIEE helpdesk contact. The award will be based on the total price of the base and all options. The lowest price of Option Path 1 or Option Path 2 will be awarded, unless a more advantageous single path is determined by the Government.
