The USG at Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB) has a requirement for the repair and redesign of the courtyard area of Bldg 1788, on Mountain Home Air Force base. Work will include: Removal and replacement of door frames., demolish the existing interior courtyard concrete, tree wells, and storm inlet. Demolish approximately 50 SF of concrete sidewalk necessary to remove 35 LF of 6? storm drain outside of the courtyard, install a new 6-foot outdoor floor trench drain in the courtyard, replacement of reinforced concrete over crushed aggregate to provide positive drainage in courtyard to the new area drain, Replace 35 LF of 6? storm drain from clean-out to the outlet location with straight grade from clean-out to outlet curb cut. Replace two panels, approximately 50 SF concrete sidewalk. Installation of 10-foot gutter sections located above the two doorway access locations to the courtyard. Replace failed and/or missing joint sealant. Repair failed and/or missing masonry sealant in courtyard.
