Scope of Work
The requirement involves comprehensive stormwater sampling, monitoring, and associated reporting at facilities in Maryland (1), Massachusetts (2), New Hampshire (1), New York (4), and Pennsylvania (1). Services include:
- Quarterly or semi-annual benchmark sampling and monitoring per state permits (MDE, EPA MSGP, NYSDEC MSGP, PADEP PAG-03).
- Monitoring weather and collecting samples within the first 30 minutes of qualifying storm events.
- Documenting observations and submitting Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) electronically.
- Providing raw laboratory data, chain of custody, and Storm Event Data (SED)/Stormwater Monitoring Report Forms (SMR).
- Completing Representative Outfall Waiver (ROW) and Quarterly Visual Monitoring (QVM) forms as applicable.
- Optional tasks may include hydraulic surveys, hydrojet/vac maintenance, and PFAS sampling.
