  • Quarterly or semi-annual benchmark sampling and monitoring per state permits (MDE, EPA MSGP, NYSDEC MSGP, PADEP PAG-03).
  • Monitoring weather and collecting samples within the first 30 minutes of qualifying storm events.
  • Documenting observations and submitting Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) electronically.
  • Providing raw laboratory data, chain of custody, and Storm Event Data (SED)/Stormwater Monitoring Report Forms (SMR).
