Scope of Work
This contract/purchase order requires the manufacture of STRAIN, RELIEF components. Key requirements include:
- Manufacturing and Design: Adherence to material and physical specifications, specifically NAVSEA P/N: 5676813-301 (STRAIN, RELIEF) and CAGE CODE (53711). The STRAIN RELIEF is assembled from SUNCOR STAINLESS PARTS (CAGE CODE 1CXX6). Material must conform to regulations and specifications within Drawing 5676813 REV_L.
- Marking: Items must be marked in accordance with applicable Military Standards (MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-1285, MIL-STD-454, MIL-P-15024/5) unless otherwise specified.
- Configuration Control: MIL-STD-973, Paragraph 5.4.8, Configuration Control (Short Form Procedure) is incorporated. Contractors must submit Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Deviations, and Waivers as per MIL-STD-973.
- Quality Assurance: The contractor is responsible for performing all inspection requirements. Government Source Inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is required. Records of inspection work must be maintained for 365 days after final delivery.
- Packaging: Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking must comply with the Contract/Purchase Order Schedule and MIL-STD 2073.
