Scope of Work
NSWC IHD is seeking equipment and services including:
- Strand Burner Heads: 30 units of Cloverleaf style, DIT brand, rated for 10,000 PSI.
- 10,000 PSI Remote Valve Rack: Must control DIT strand burners and include an extra set of transducers for calibration rotation.
- Control Console: To control all valves from the remote console, featuring a Data Acquisition System capable of controlling/recording Test Cell Pressure and Temperature, handling Burn Rate Calculations, and recording Delta Pressure.
- Installation and Calibration: The contractor will be responsible for the installation and calibration of the provided equipment.
- Training: The contractor shall provide training on the use of the equipment.
- Logistics: The contractor is responsible for packaging, handling, and transportation of all components to NSWC IHD. Government inspection and acceptance will occur upon delivery.

Submission Requirements
