Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

• Page 2 of the BAA (regarding the initial closing date for receipt of proposals).

• The original closing date for receipt of proposals has been removed. Bidders should note this change and refer to any updated deadlines or instructions provided elsewhere in the solicitation or subsequent amendments.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment revises the solicitation BAA0001-23. All offerors are instructed to refer to the most recent version of the BAA and any subsequent amendments when preparing white papers and proposals. All other provisions of the BAA remain unchanged.

• Intellectual Property and Data Rights Clauses are incorporated by reference and added to SDD BAA0001-23.
• B.12 Intellectual Property and Data Rights for Resultant Awardees is added to BAA0001-23.
• Identification and Assertion of Use, Release, or Disclosure Restrictions is added to BAA0001-23.
• Government Furnished Property Instructions are incorporated into BAA0001-23.
• DFARS 252.245-7005 Management and Reporting of Government Property (JAN 2024) is added to B.14 Government Furnished Property Instructions of BAA0001-22.

Offerors must ensure they are using the most current version of the BAA and all amendments for their submissions. No other impacts on proposal deadlines or evaluation factors are specified in this amendment.
