Purpose
This RFI is issued to conduct market research and obtain capability information from potential sources for STRATMED Planning Support. The objective is to provide analysis for strategic logistics and sustainment through regulations, policies, and the development of new processes and requirements for HQAMC across the full spectrum of land operations. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
Scope of Work
The required services include non-personal services to analyze, review, and assess Department of Defense (DoD) and Army strategic planning and medical operations policies affecting HQAMC missions and functions. Key tasks involve:
- Supporting analysis for logistics, maintenance, asset management, program management, and Materiel Integration.
- Assisting in developing AMC policies, operational and war planning, and assessing their execution.
- Supporting strategic planning and developing policies for inventory management of all classes of supplies, including Class VIII medical equipment.
- Analyzing synchronization, distribution, and redistribution of accountable Army materiel.
- Developing, revising, and updating briefings, white papers, and staff actions.
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and participating in logistic forums.
- Providing 40 hours per week of medical logistics and strategic support.
