• Bidders must submit a list of previous work experience with similar projects completed within the past five (5) years.

• Bids may be rejected if prices are materially unbalanced or unrealistically low.

• This acquisition is 100% set-aside for total small businesses.

• A site visit is strongly urged.

• A site showing will be held on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Mineral County, West Virginia.

• Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 calendar days after award.
