Justification & Purpose
This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to BAE Systems in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (only one responsible source). BAE Systems is identified as the only contractor possessing the necessary manufacturing technology, infrastructure, capacity, and platform qualifications, as detailed in a previous Sources Sought Notice. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not an RFP. Information received will be considered solely for determining future competitive opportunities.
