• Quantity: 150 Spools.

• Material Requirement: Must be able to hold a knot without slipping under a 750 LB. TEST.

• Compliance: Must comply with 46 CFR 164.009-15 (Non-Combustible Materials for Merchant Vessels).

• Substitution: No substitutions are allowed without prior testing and approval (X99/106).

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Evaluation: The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered, unless the offeror specified otherwise.

• Required Information for Quote: CAGE Code, DUNS Number, SAM registration status, TAX ID NO. (TIN), best delivery schedule, business size, and prompt payment terms.

• Payment Method: Government Purchase Card and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• This RFQ is NOT a small business set-aside.

• Offers may not be submitted for quantities less than specified.
