Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide one (1) C-23B Sherpa, Skyvan, or equal capacity aircraft and aircrew capable of supporting various parachute operations, including Military Tandem Tethered Bundle (MTTB), Military Free Fall (MFF), High Altitude Low Opening (HALO), High Altitude High Opening (HAHO), Double Bag Static Line (DBSL), and Static Line (SL) proficiency training. Services are required in multiple locations across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Merced CA, Elsinore CA, and DeLand FL.
Key requirements include:
- 40 hours of aircraft tach time for the period of September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027.
- Aircraft and aircrew must be US Air Mobility Command (AMC) approved and certified.
- Aircraft must be configured with side-mounted troop seats for 16 parachutists, a static line cable and retrieval system for ramp operations, and capability for 9 DBSL jumpers per pass.
