In the event of conflicting document provisions, amendments to the purchase order take precedence, followed by the schedule, terms, IRPOD/master procurement specification, invoked STRS, drawings, and then specifications. Contractors must comply with specified document revisions and obtain approval for using different revisions. A Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) is required upon material delivery.

Quality Assurance & Packaging

Contractors are required to provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government. Packaging requirements follow MIL-PRF-23199, specifically regarding MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bags for items under cleanliness controls (e.g., MIL-STD-767, MIL-STD-2041, Refueling Clean, Reactor Plant Clean). Fire retardant packaging is no longer required. MIL-STD 2073 packaging also applies.
