Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform onsite annual preventive maintenance and calibration services for one (1) Studer S41 CNC grinding machine, and if required, remedial repair services.

• Perform routine, on-site preventive maintenance (PM) services for the Studer S41 CNC grinder.

• Reports (PM Inspection and Remedial Repair) to be provided within five (5) business days after service completion.

• Calibration must be traceable to NIST specifications and standards, with before and after data provided.

• Performance thresholds for all requirements are 100% delivery and compliance.

• Period of Performance: Twelve months after award, on an annual basis, for the base and four (4) option years.

• Place of Performance: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF).

• Contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.

• Technicians must be OEM trained and certified, not sub-contractors.

• Contractor personnel must clearly identify themselves as contractors.
