Scope of Work
The contractor will provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for sUAS MTT services. Key tasks include:
- Integrating into Air Force Special Warfare (AFSW) mission schedules and attending synchronization meetings.
- Conducting FAA drone coordination and providing sUAS flight information.
- Serving as primary sUAS White Cell Leads (WCL) during exercises, managing scenario injects, and providing tactical input.
- Creating written products detailing white force data and delivering to users during debriefs.
- Facilitating and executing Large Force Exercises (LFEs) with multiple sUAS.
- Presenting sUAS analysis and lessons learned to AFSW members.
- Providing sUAS Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for coordination, planning, and integration.
- Integrating threat-based realistic sUAS capabilities to enhance operations and simulate adversarial threats.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Personnel: sUAS operators require a minimum of 5 years of instructor experience (Special Warfare instructor, JTAC Instructor) and 5 years of joint integration experience. The Lead Facilitator must be a USAF Weapons School (WIC) graduate. Experience with UAS Tool and Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) is required.
- Equipment: Provide a minimum of eight (8) sUAS (preferably Group 1 ISR/SRR on Blue UAS List). FPV drones must show NDAA/TAA compliance. Systems should be compatible with ATAK UAS Tool.
- Security: No SECRET facility or personnel clearance is required for this contract.
- On-Site Presence: A Lead Facilitator/Key Personnel is required from May 27 to June 12, 2026. sUAS Operators must be available from May 31 to June 11, 2026.
