Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide temporary, continuous, and safe electrical power to two existing ground-level mobile trailers at Mount Rushmore National Memorial during a scheduled operational event.

• Furnish, deliver, install, connect, and remove one (1) minimum 56kW diesel-powered generator.

• Generator must be "super-silent" or "whisper-rated" for noise-sensitive environments.

• Provide all transportation, labor, supervision, fuel, grounding systems, spill containment, electrical distribution equipment, temporary cabling, connectors, startup/testing, monitoring, maintenance, and removal.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 110, EPA spill prevention requirements, and NPS regulations.

• Restore disturbed areas to original condition.

• Generator must be UL-listed and compliant with NFPA 110.

• Generator must meet low-noise operational levels and park noise restrictions.

• Exhaust must be directed away from trailers, tents, buildings, and air intakes, maintaining a minimum 5-foot clearance.

• Spill containment must be EPA-compliant and capable of exceeding total fuel tank volume.

• Location: Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Keystone, South Dakota.

• Delivery, Installation, and Hookup: Afternoon of June 24, 2026.

• Removal and Demobilization: No later than close of business on July 7, 2026.

• A Site-Specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) must be submitted, including generator safety, fuel handling, spill response, fire prevention, electrical safety, and emergency contact procedures.

• Submittals (manufacturer data, noise rating, hookup diagrams, grounding/spill containment details, APP, schedule, etc.) are required a minimum of 15 days prior to mobilization.
