Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide janitorial services for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Kawishiwi Ranger District Administrative Office and Multipurpose buildings, two crew quarter buildings, and two multi-stall garages located in Ely, MN.

• Frequency: Janitorial services for administrative and multipurpose buildings are required three times per week from May through October, and twice per week from November through April. Work is to be performed after close of business on weekday evenings.

• Crew Quarters: Bunkhouses (two buildings) require cleaning twice per year (spring and fall), between April 1-15 and November 1-15. This involves extensive interior cleaning.

• Garages: Two multi-stall garages are to be swept and power washed twice a year.
