• Pumping Quantities: Each side of the Forest generally pumps 13-18 toilets annually, totaling 25-35 across the Forest annually.

• Access Restrictions: While few gates exist, they will be opened or a process established for access. Keys for locked vaults will be provided by the government post-award.
• Water Availability: Water will not be provided by the government at most sites.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Federal Holidays: Work can be performed on Federal Holidays without additional fees.

• Qualifications: The contractor and employees must be capable and experienced in vault toilet pumping and waste disposal.

• Safety: Compliance with all Federal and State safety requirements is mandatory.

• Prework Conference: A meeting will be scheduled prior to work commencement to discuss contract terms and requirements. The contractor must designate a representative in writing.
