Locations include areas near Aurora, Virginia, Cook, Crane Lake, Echo Trail, Ely, Fernberg Trail, Isabella, Tofte, Grand Marais, and the Gunflint Trail. The majority of services are needed during the snow-free season (approximately May through November), but some year-round pumping may be required. The Forest generally pumps 25-35 toilets annually, with service requests to be addressed within two weeks of notification.
