• Phase 2 Information: The Government will expand upon desired attributes and provide a stated capabilities matrix during Phase 2 to help vendors align their non-developmental solutions.
• Vehicle Leasing: Leasing is presented as an option to field proven commercial platforms immediately, allowing for a seamless transition to enhanced vehicles as technologies mature.
• Power Requirements: The requirement is for 60 kW of exportable power, with High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) being desired. This power will enable on-platform/off-platform mission packages.
• Fuel Requirements: All CTT variants must be capable of operating with JP8, F24, and standard diesel fuels.
