• Performance Periods: Includes a Base Year (April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027) and four Option Years, with dates subject to change based on contract award.

  • Grease: Fixed Rate Mark Up per keg and Total (Markup x 10 kegs) for 110 lb kegs.
• Total: A field to sum the Base Year and all four Option Years.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the "SUPPLY AND DELIVER FUEL/GREASE" for the Tensas Cocodrie Pumping Plant, Fool River Pumping Plant, and HaHa Pumping Plant. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires the purchase and delivery of diesel fuel, oil, and lubricants/grease on an as-needed basis.

• Purchase and delivery of diesel fuel, oil, and lubricants/grease.

• Delivery locations include Tensas Cocodrie Pumping Plant, Fool River Pumping Station, and HaHa Pumping Station.

• Diesel fuel to be delivered in bulk (minimum 500 gallons, up to approximately 4,500 gallons per order).

• Grease to be delivered in 110# kegs.

• Specifications for diesel fuel: Similar or equal to dyed off-road (non-road) ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) per EPA requirements for stationary engines.

• Specifications for lubricants/grease: Similar or equal to GELSTAR synthetic lubricant with liquid Teflon; waterproof, non-toxic, non-staining, clear grease, suitable for use in temperatures from -50F to over 500F.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (1 April 2026 - 31 March 2027) with four option years (through 31 March 2031).

• Estimated Value: As-needed basis up to $45,000.00 for the base year, with option years to extend the contract value up to $45,000.00 per year.

• Bidding Schedule must be returned with the quote.

• Offerors are encouraged to review FAR 52.212-2, "EVALUATION – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS," for evaluation factors and basis for award.

• Offerors are encouraged to provide their best proposed pricing in their initial offer.
