This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of one brand new vehicle to the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan. It is a firm-fixed-price purchase order/contract.

• One (1) brand new vehicle, model year 2025 or later, compact SUV type.

• Vehicle specifications include:

  • Hybrid, 4-cylinder gasoline engine, 2.5L displacement.
  • Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive (AWD).
  • Minimum of 7 SRS airbags.
  • Dual-zone automatic climate control.
  • 17"-19" wheels.
  • Passenger capacity of 5.
  • Equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and warning triangle.
  • Available in Black, Gray, or Silver.

• The vehicle must include a spare key and remote, cruise control, tinted windows, and LED fog and headlights.

• A minimum warranty of three (3) years or 100,000 kilometers is required, provided through an authorized dealer in Jordan.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 60 working days after contract award.

• Estimated Value: Not specified.

• Offer Due Date: June 21st, 2026, at 16:30 (Jordan Time).

• Proposals must include a completed solicitation (SF-1449 cover page, Section 1), list of clients demonstrating past performance, evidence of an established business in Jordan or plans to establish one within 30 days of award, proof of active SAM registration, evidence of resources, a plan for obtaining licenses and permits, a strategic plan for supply and delivery, proof of warranty and spare parts availability, and evidence of trading specialty in new cars.

• Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible quoter.

• Evaluation will consider price, technical acceptability, and offeror responsibility (including financial resources, ability to meet performance period, integrity, organization, experience, skills, equipment, facilities, and eligibility).

• This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.

• Offerors must be authorized dealers of the quoted vehicle in Jordan and provide a valid Authorized Dealer Certificate.

• After-sales services, including maintenance and warranty claims, must be available locally in Amman.

• Maintenance and repair services must be performed at a designated dealership within a 15-mile radius of the awardee's location.

• Original spare parts must be available within Jordan and provided within 72 hours of a request.

• All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).

• Value Added Tax (VAT) and Customs Duty are not applicable.

• Delivery is FOB Destination to the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan.

• Delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday.

• The document includes numerous FAR and DOSAR clauses and provisions related to contract terms, solicitations, evaluation factors, and representations and certifications.

This document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of a brand new vehicle to the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan.

• Supply and delivery of a brand new vehicle.

• Quotations must be submitted in the specified format.

• Offers must include SF-1442, Section I Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, additional information as required in Section 3, and Proof of Active SAM Registration.

• The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

• Discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if needed.

• Quotations are due by June 21, 2026, at 16:30 PM (Amman Time GMT+3).

• Quotations MUST be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov.

• Email subject line must include [Company/Offeror Name] and RFQ 19J01026Q0011.

• Attach all documents as Microsoft Word or PDF. Links, unsolicited offers, or hard copies will not be accepted.

• Offers submitted after the deadline or to the incorrect email address will not be considered.

• The award will be based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, unless necessary.

• Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Answers to inquiries will be posted on the Embassy website after a maximum of three business days.

This document is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items, specifically a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for the supply and delivery of a brand new vehicle to the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan.
