This document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for electrical appliances for the U.S. Embassy Athens. The government intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting the lowest acceptable quotation.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.

• Questions Deadline: February 13, 2026, sent in writing to AthProcurement@state.gov.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• The solicitation is unrestricted, but includes numerous FAR clauses related to small business set-asides and preferences.

• Offerors must complete and submit SF-1449, Pricing, Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), and proof of SAM registration.

• The solicitation incorporates by reference many FAR and DOSAR clauses, including those related to commercial items, ordering, payment, and various certifications.
