Scope of Work
The contractor shall supply and deliver two identical aluminum gooseneck stock trailers to the Umatilla National Forest Warehouse in Pendleton, OR. These trailers are intended as in-kind replacements for existing units.
Key specifications include:
- Dimensions: 7'0" wide x 6'6" high x 18'0" long.
- Center gate with walkthrough, full swing rear gate (no slider, "western" package, solid panels).
- Two top air spaces, skid resistant extruded aluminum floor with at least ¾" rubber floor mat.
- 20K adjustable gooseneck coupler (2 5/16"), two 7000# rubber torsion axles with electric brakes.
- LED lighting with switch under gooseneck, LED clearance and stop/turn lights.

Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Evaluation criteria include:
