Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform the required services. The work involves the design, supply, and installation of nine (9) units of two-hour (2 HR) UL-classified fire-rated assemblies, including three (3) double-leaf and six (6) single-leaf doors. Additionally, fire-rated walls must be constructed around critical electrical and mechanical equipment rooms (15 kV step-down transformer, low voltage/ATS, oil boiler, UPS, and diesel fire pump rooms) in the sub-basement. All penetrations through fire-rated walls must be sealed with UL-approved firestop systems. The project must comply with NFPA 80, local EN standards, EN 1634-1, and the Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE).
