• Reels must be commercial grade, capable of handling 15-meter covers, aluminum material, manually operated with hand cranks, one-person operation, on castor wheels, with 50cm reel bar clearance and dual bearings.

• Contractor must adhere to Safety Health & Environmental Management (SHEM) regulations and generally accepted safety practices.

• Contractor must manage waste disposal, including segregation and transport of garbage.

• Contractor personnel must adhere to a strict standard of conduct, including uniforms, personal protective equipment, and prohibitions on intoxicants, firearms, and criminal actions.

• Personnel security requirements include providing employee details for background checks.

• Contractor must provide all necessary installation supplies and equipment.
