Scope of Work
Contractors will be responsible for the supply and installation of swimming pool covers and rolling stations at 44 U.S. Mission residences. Key requirements include:
- Pool Covers: Must be equivalent to Sun2Solar® Ultimate Blue Solar Cover, 16mm heavy duty, with an average 6-year warranty, dark blue, seamlessly fitting, and include quick drain grommets and attachment kits.
- Rolling Stations (Reels): Must be commercial grade, capable of handling 15-meter covers, made of aluminum, manually operated with hand cranks for one-person operation, on castor wheels, with 50cm reel bar clearance and dual bearings.
- Adherence to Safety Health & Environmental Management (SHEM) regulations and generally accepted safety practices.
- Management of waste disposal, including segregation and transport of garbage.
- Contractor personnel must adhere to strict standards of conduct, including uniforms, personal protective equipment, and prohibitions on intoxicants and firearms.
- Provision of all necessary installation supplies and equipment.
- Maintenance of legally required insurance, including general liability and coverage for damage or theft of materials/equipment.
Contract Details
- Type: Firm-Fixed-Price contracts.
- Awards: The Government intends to make multiple awards to the top two lowest-priced, technically acceptable, responsible offerors.
- Period of Performance: Orders may be issued from February 2026 through January 2027.
