This solicitation is for the Supply and Replacement of Power Monitoring System. This is a firm-fixed priced contract.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the 2nd-3rd week of July 2025.

The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.

The Government is planning a mandatory site visit and pre-quotation conference and the date for this site visit and conference will be in the solicitation. 

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
