Scope of Work

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, and transportation for the complete lifecycle of dormitory furniture for 102 rooms. This includes:

Supply and Delivery of new bedroom furniture.
Installation and Assembly of new furniture, adhering to specific technical specifications (Attachment 1).
Removal and Disposal of existing furniture and all packing waste, in compliance with local laws.
Specific furniture items include solid hardwood storage units, chests, bookcases, nightstands, desks, chairs, slat beds, and fireproof mattresses.
Materials must be solid hardwood (Oak, Beech, Ash, Maple) with no fiberboard, particleboard, MDF, or plywood components. Furniture color is specified as Cherry.
Work is to be performed during regular working hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM).

Contract Details

Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.
Period of Performance/Delivery: 120 working days from award date for delivery and installation, with installation to be completed within 6 weeks.
Place of Performance: Dorms Facilities, Bldg. 1427, Aviano Air Base, Italy.
Set-Aside: None. Due to the overseas location, no set-aside for small business will be used.
