1. Purpose
The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the requirements for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new cargo van. The van will be used by the American Embassy Mailroom Office, for the secure and efficient transportation of diplomatic mail.
2. Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide one (1) new cargo van that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined below. The van must be delivered to American Embassy San Salvador, Antiguo Cuscatlán, La Libertad, El Salvador and include all documentation, manuals, and warranties.
3. Technical Specifications
The cargo van must meet the following minimum requirements:
Cargo Area:
No windows in the cargo area (solid panels only).
Minimum cargo volume: 13 cubic meters (480 cubic feet).
Minimum cargo payload: 1,750 kg (3,800 lbs).
Seating: Driver plus two (2) additional occupants (total seating for three).

Climate Control: Air conditioning (A/C) for driver and front occupants.

4. Deliverables
