- Dimensions: Wheelbase 3000-3150 MM, length 5000-5200 MM, height 1800-1850 MM, width 1950-2050 MM.
- Features: Black metallic color, automatic transmission, hydraulic brakes with ABS, entertainment system with English displays and USB/Navigator, cabin air conditioning/heater, four tires plus a full-size spare, power windows, automatic adjustable rear-view mirrors, parking sensors, and front/rear cameras.
- Weight: Gross weight 3100-3200 kg, payload 715kg - 750kg. Offerors must provide a detailed compliance matrix, demonstrate legal authority to sell and transfer title, provide supply chain documentation, and ensure clear, transferable titles free of liens. Vehicles must be covered by a manufacturer's commercial warranty in New Delhi, India.
Contract & Timeline

Additional Notes
- All prices must be quoted in USD for overseas vendors and INR for local vendors.
- Delivery for offshore vendors is on a door-to-port basis (CIF) to ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi, India. The U.S. Embassy will manage customs clearance and onward transportation from this point.
- Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the proposal receipt date.
