The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and developing Research Resource Identifiers (RRIDs) to enhance identification, discovery, and reuse of research resources. The scope also covers curating new resources, disseminating information about the unique identification system, onboarding NAMs identification systems, analyzing publications and patents, and developing a rigor and transparency index quality metric for assessing research models. Performance standards include monthly link verification, weekly data integrity checks, annual reports, and monthly dashboard updates.
