Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide a turnkey solution for managing the Navy's LEOSA program, supporting over 14,000 users across 70 installation activities in 10 CONUS and OCONUS regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a Commercially Owned, Commercially Operated web-based public safety management software for managing LEOSA programs, including the issuance of credentials for qualified law enforcement officers (QLEOs) and qualified retired/separated law enforcement officers (QRLEOs).
- Verifying the eligibility of all applicants according to Department of Defense Instruction 5525.12.
- Production, manufacturing, inventory, and delivery of LEOSA credentials to eligible applicants.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the LEOSA Program to the Veteran populace.
