  • Providing a Commercially Owned, Commercially Operated web-based public safety management software for managing LEOSA programs, including the issuance of credentials for qualified law enforcement officers (QLEOs) and qualified retired/separated law enforcement officers (QRLEOs).
  • Verifying the eligibility of all applicants according to Department of Defense Instruction 5525.12.
  • Production, manufacturing, inventory, and delivery of LEOSA credentials to eligible applicants.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the LEOSA Program to the Veteran populace.
