Scope of Work

The contractor will provide security oversight for F-16 and related weapon systems on two Pakistan Air Force (PAF) bases, including a liaison at the US Embassy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 24/7 physical security inspections, roving patrols, and mission control center operations.
  • Providing 24/7 dining and facility oversight, ensuring adequate food supplies, facility maintenance, and vehicle fleet management (with PAF support).
  • Accounting for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) property, including key control.
  • Supporting the USG End Use Monitoring (EUM) / Enhanced End Use Monitoring (EEUM) team (not directly responsible for EUM/EEUM).
  • Managing staff hiring, training, contractual aspects, invoicing, clearances, passports, visas, and mission compliance.

The Pakistan Government will provide food, water, living accommodations, physical security, urgent medical/dental, and transportation for contractor personnel.
