The Industry Day will be held on February 18, 2026, at 0900 EST, at the Central Florida Tech Grove – Partnership IV Building, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. No Common Access Card (CAC) is required for entry.
Participation & One-on-One Sessions
Companies wishing to attend must notify the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via email of their intent to attend by 1300 EST on February 11, 2026. Each attendee must provide their name, title, email, phone, citizenship, and which events they will attend. Companies that have already registered and received acknowledgement do not need to re-register, but can provide an update if their attendance plans change.
Individual one-on-one sessions will be offered following the Industry Day on February 18th and 19th, 2026, for companies wishing to discuss proprietary information. General questions regarding technical requirements or the future RFP should be asked in the open forum. The schedule for one-on-one sessions will be provided on February 13, 2026.
