Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To remove and fully dispose of the existing security camera system and install a new, TAA-compliant CCTV system with up to 9 camera locations at USCG STA Yaquina Bay, Newport, OR.

• Design, procure, install, and configure a new CCTV system for indoor and outdoor monitoring.

• System must provide 24/7 motion-activated, recordable CCTV capability with 30 days of video storage.

• All components must comply with H.R.5515 (John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2019).

• Prohibited Manufacturers: Hikvision and Dahua equipment are strictly forbidden.

• Install new CAT6 wireline infrastructure and decommission legacy systems.

• Execute power-on testing of all electronic equipment prior to installation.

• Conduct end-to-end system testing, validation, and commissioning with USCG stakeholders.
