Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive sustainment and repair services for eight (8) RAZR Systems located at Whiteman Air Force Base (5 units), NG site 42 Palmdale, CA (2 units), and OO-ALC, Hill AFB (1 unit). Services include providing all necessary personnel, management, tools, supplies, equipment, training, and labor. Key tasks encompass preventative and corrective maintenance, on-site support, collaboration, parts procurement, software/hardware upgrades, recurring and non-recurring tasks (e.g., knowledge base development, engineering/technical services), rapid sustaining engineering, customer-focused technical order management, annual maintenance, and remote technical support. Additionally, continuous on-site sustainment, annual calibration, and on-site troubleshooting/repair for electrical, electronic, and hardware component failures are required. Maintenance for the three enclosed trailers housing the RAZR systems (tires, jacking systems, brakes, structural integrity, generators, lighting/doors/ramps) is also part of the scope.
