Services include providing all necessary personnel, management, tools, supplies, equipment, training, and labor. Key tasks encompass preventative and corrective maintenance, on-site support, collaboration, parts procurement, software/hardware upgrades, recurring and non-recurring tasks (e.g., knowledge base development, engineering/technical services), rapid sustaining engineering, customer-focused technical order management, annual maintenance, and remote technical support. Additionally, continuous on-site sustainment, annual calibration, and on-site troubleshooting/repair for electrical, electronic, and hardware component failures are required. Maintenance for the three enclosed trailers housing the RAZR systems (tires, jacking systems, brakes, structural integrity, generators, lighting/doors/ramps) is also part of the scope.
