Purpose & Scope
This non-personal services contract aims to provide comprehensive sustainment and repair for ten (10) existing Resonant Sciences Adaptable Zonal Radar (RAZR) systems. The objective is to maintain these systems, along with their enclosed trailers and all associated hardware and software, at a fully serviceable and operational status. The scope includes preventative and corrective maintenance, on-site support, collaboration, parts procurement, and software/hardware upgrades. Two additional RAZR systems are planned for acquisition in FY27, which will also require sustainment coverage.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Key tasks include:
- RAZR System Sustainment: Annual support, up to 6 annual onsite visits, remote technical support, flexible spare maintenance, onsite repair/replacement, and software updates.
- On-Site Calibration: Annual calibration to manufacturer and government specifications.
- On-Site Repair: Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, electronic, and hardware components.
- Software Maintenance and Upgrades: Performing required maintenance, installing patches, and implementing upgrades.
- Enclosed Trailer Maintenance: Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for trailers, including tires, brakes, generators, and structural integrity.
- Parts and Component Management: Procurement of necessary repair parts, components, and consumables.
Performance Standards
The contractor must ensure all RAZR systems are maintained at 100% fully serviceable and operational readiness. Response times include a 4-hour remote response to system failures/service requests and a qualified technician on-site within 24 hours.
