Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision for sewer and sludge removal from project holding, recirculating tanks, and lift stations. This includes providing emergency pumping services outside of normal hours of operation, during peak seasons, and on holiday weekends with reasonable notice. The quantity for line item 0001 is not guaranteed but will not exceed 16,000 gallons, with pumping ceasing once this limit is reached. Contractors must manually move the intake throughout the bottom of the tank to ensure solids are removed, not just liquids. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide one Porta-Jon at the North Abutment lot and clean it weekly.
